This is a pumped-storage hydropower plant in Meråker in Trøndelag County, Norway. Tevla utilise a fall of 164.5 metres from Lake Fjergen to produce electricity. The two turbines of Tevla power plant can be used both as pumps and as regular hydro turbines. At times of flooding, the pumps are used to reduce the loss of water from the nearby Meråker hydropower plant and for water storage at Fjergen (which is also the main reservoir for Meråker). Tevla was commissioned in 1994 and has an annual production of 107 GWh.
