The Dalvatn power station is located by the Dalvatn lake in the Sauda municipality, Rogaland, Norway. The power plant utilizes a drop of 190 meters between Holmavatnet and Dalvatn to produce electricity. The plant was originally built in 1922 under the name Sauda II. In 2006, electricity production started in a new power plant that stands beside the old one.
