Brattingfoss is a pumped storage hydropower plant that is located in Verran, Trøndelag County, Norway. The plant utilise the drop between Holden (pictured – photo by Cato Edvardsen) and Follavatn to generate electricity. The dam at Holden dates back to the 1930s and there were plans for renovation in 2020. The Brattingfoss power plant was commissioned in 1955 and has an annual production of 31 GWh.
